2SA671 Transistor Pinout, Applications, Features, Equivalents and More
2SA671 is a PNP power transistor available in TO-220 package. The transistor is mainly designed for low frequency amps applications. It features low collector to emitter saturation voltage and good DC current gain and can handle up to -50V collector-emitter voltage and up to 3A collector current, moreover it also has a complementary transistor which is also a plus. In this article we will discuss 2SA671 transistor pinout, equivalents, features, applications and other details.
2SA671 Pin Configuration:
Pin1 is the Emitter pin: In a PNP transistor the current enters in the transistor through this pin.
Pin2 is the Collector pin: Collector is the output pin of the transistor the current goes out or exits from this pin and goes to the load connected to this pin.
Pin3 is the Base pin: The Base pin is the middle pin of the transistor, it controls the flow of current from Emitter to Collector.
