To correctly operate IRF9630 MOSFET and get long term performance with the device read and apply the given guidelines.

  1. Do not operate the MOSFET to its absolute maximum ratings and stay 20% below.
  2. Continuous drain current of the transistor is .-6.5A therefore do not drive load of more than 5.2A.
  3. Maximum drain to source voltage is 200V so do not drive load of more than 160V.
  4. Always use a proper heatsink with the transistor.
  5. Always store or operate the MOSFET at temperatures above -55 °C and below +150 °C.
