How to Safely Long Run in a Circuit:
To get good performance with 2N5457 it is recommended to always stay below the maximum ratings. Do not drive load of more than 10mA, do not operate the load of more than 25V through this transistor, do not increase drain to gate voltage from 25V reverse gate to source voltage should not be increased from -25V, and always operate and store the transistor above -55 centigrade and below +150 centigrade.
